We tailor each event to fit the number of participants, your desired schedule (half, full or multi-day) and your specific meeting, food and beverage needs.  We offer simple afternoon sailing for as few as 6 people to multi-day events with complete meal service, dinners and cocktail parties.  We work with several motivational speakers, including a retired Navy Seal officer and others to enhance our events.

Basic Events are a low as $200 per person and range upward depending on schedule, food and beverage requirments and any additional options selected.

We can organize a host of different options for your event, depending on your desired program, budget and other requirements.

• Continental and Full Breakfast
• Lunch on board or sit-down at LBYC
• Post-race appetizers, hosted or no host bar
• Formal sit-down dinners
• Informal dock party with taco bar/steel drum band
• Hotel arrangements and shuttle bus
• Team shirts/hats/jackets
• Photo/video of the event
• Spectator boat for guests

There is plenty of parking on site.  The boats are moored at LBYC and are 15 minutes from Long Beach Harbor.

In the event that your group is coming from out of town, we can assist with hotel arrangements and have preferred relationships with hotels nearby.

Do I need to know how to sail?  No.  We provide 2 sailing coaches on each boat.

What do I wear?  Normal athletic clothing, athletic shoes, a windbreaker, hat and sunglasses.

I am not athletic. Is this a problem? No, each participant can do as much or as little as they wish.

Do I get to steer the boat? Absolutely!  Part of each event is the on-board practice where everyone tries a spot on the crew before you race.  Then you decide who is in each position.  Part of the teambuilding excercise!
